Located at the center of Ho Chi Minh City on Co Bac and Co Giang streets, The Grand Manhattan project stands proudly and easily connects traditional places like Ben Thanh Market and 23/9 Park with the modern places like Nguyen Hue Street, the financial district, and a chain of 5-star hotels. 

The Grand Manhattan's design is inspired by converging rivers, symbolizing prosperity for its owners. Built on a total area of ​​14,000 m2, the building comprises three seamlessly connected towers, creating an iconic, high-class living space in the heart of Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the package of design and construction of Post-tensioning works for the Grand Manhattan Project.
