THE PROJECT

CCTP-01 Parking Project is built in Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area. This is a modern urban area located in Gia Lam , Hanoi. 

The construction area is 25420 m2 with views of the lake, the project has 01 basement and 05 floors. 

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the package of design and construction of Post-tensioning works for the CCTP-01 Parking Project. 

With our experience in the PT field and advanced machinery and equipment, we have met successfully the technical requirements, progress and quality of the project. Standards of working safety and environment protection are followed strictly.
