THE PROJECT

SONG HONG 11 FACTORY PROJECT is located in Tay Village, Xuan Hoa Commune, Xuan Truong District, Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam. The project specializes in producing various types of bedding, blankets, and garments for both domestic and international markets. The factory includes 3 production workshops, 1 warehouse combined with a workshop, and other infrastructure works, with a total construction area of approximately 70,920 m².

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the package of design and construction of Post-tensioning works for the SONG HONG 11 FACTORY PROJECT.
