Le Van Viet Shopping Mall in District 9, Ho Chi Minh city has the total construction area of 8,716 m2, designed with five floors for commerce and one basement. The total rental area is up to 43,000 m2. 

Vincom Center Le Văn Việt is located in a crowded trading zone with many universities, colleges, residential areas and the well-known Suoi Tien Amusement Park.
