The factory project is invested by SHIN-ETSU Vietnam Magnet Material Co., Ltd with construction square meter of 12,316 m2. 

SHIN-ETSU Vietnam Magnet Material Co., Ltd. is a long-established Japanese brand in the field of chemicals, semiconductor devices, and electronic materials. The company operates as a refiner of rare earths and its production factory is located in Hai Phong City with modern equipment and production lines.

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the package of design and construction of Post-tensioning works in beam and slab for the project. With our experience in the PT field and advanced machinery and equipment, We have met successfully the technical requirements, progress and quality of the project. Standards of working safety and environment protection are followed strictly.
