THE PROJECT

The LIM  TOWER 3  is office and commercial building with 25 floors which is located at the corner of Nguyen Dinh Chieu and Mac Dinh Chi Street in Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC. The Tower has  open floor area due to the design without pillars, it has 3 basements for parking. The total land area is 3584m2 and the construction area is 1573m2. Lim tower 3 is predicted to add quality for commercial office buildings in Vietnam.

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the bid package of designing and constructing the post-tensioned beam and slab system from the 2nd floor to the roof. With experience in post-tensioning field, full equipment and resources, we have satisfied our client's technical requirements, progress and quality of the project.
