THE PROJECT

Iric Boutique Hotel Nha Trang project is located in the center of the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang. It includes twenty-three floors and two basements of which total use area is about 660m2.

As the demand for tourism and relaxation of guests coming to Nha Trang is increasing, construction of hotels like Iric Boutique is necessary to meet demand of local and foreign tourists travelling here.

UTRACON Vietnam Co., Ltd has won the package of design and construction of Post-tensioning works in beam and slab for the project. This is also the first project of UTRACON in Nha Trang City. With our experience in the PT field and advanced machinery and equipment, We have met successfully the technical requirements, progress and quality of the project.
