PROJECT:
FLC Twin Towers 265 Cau Giay project is located on the center position GOLDEN at Cau Giay District with a total investment of 5.200 billion, more than 10,000 sqm to build one twin towers, including apartment towers with a height of 50 floors (66,484 sqm) and office tower is 38 floors (35,960 sqm). Among them, five-storey podium will be for commercial functions with area 25,000 sqm. The towers are designed in the direction of smart, to bring comfort, refinement and luxury for the user.
The Post-Tensioning contractor Utracon Vietnam, has done construction bid package 03-storey podium with area about 9,000 m2 after 40 days of construction, to ensure the progress and quality as required by the design and Investor.
