THE PROJECT

The New Skyline Complex, a 40 storeys twin tower of apartments, offices and commercial centres, would be built on a site of 7,500 square metres with the total floor area of 85,000 square metres. The New Skyline is the ideal living space with the surrounding environment as well as facilities within the building.

UTRACON'S INVOLVEMENT

Our scope of works involved the design, supply and installation of Post-tensioning Works for beams at floor 15, 15M and 16.

The maximum PT beam length is 23m.
