The project is located near the My Dinh bus interchange in Hanoi. This development consists of 2 levels of basement car park, 2 podium blocks of 3-storey, 4 tower blocks of 28-storey with approximate floor area of 95,000 m2. When completed, it will showcase a special element structure of building in Vietnam including a technical floor 14m height with a 3m-thickness of transfer plate on top.

 

The design of the structural floor for 3-storey podium is conventional concrete slab, post-tensioned beam of maximum 15m span length. There are also 4 nos. of (3m H x 14m W x 58.7m L) post-tensioned transfer plate using total 376 nos. of OVM multistrand type 22-strand anchorage located at the podium level to give greater column free space of 28.4m.
